Day 1: Haridwar – Uttarkashi (Gangotri)

Distance: 220 km
Travel Time: Approx. 7-8 hours
Departure from Haridwar early morning.
En route visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Prakateshwar Cave.
Arrival in Uttarkashi by evening.
Check-in to the hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 2: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi

Distance: 100 km (one way)
Travel Time: Approx. 3-4 hours (one way)
Early morning drive to Gangotri.
En route, stop at Gangnani for a hot spring bath.
Darshan and Pooja at Gangotri Temple.
Visit the sacred stone where King Bhagirath worshipped Lord Shiva.
Return to Uttarkashi by evening.
Dinner and overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 3: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi

Post breakfast, drive towards Guptkashi.

Day 4: Guptkashi – Kedarnath

Early morning drive to Sonprayag.
Transfer to Gaurikund by local jeep.
Trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath.

Day 5: Kedarnath – Guptkashi

Day 6: Guptkashi – Badrinath

Booking Process:

To book the Teen Dham Yatra Package, guests can visit the official website of Kedar Camps and Resorts or contact authorized travel agents.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
The remaining payment must be made before the commencement of the journey.

Minimum Pax Requirement:

The package requires a minimum of 2 persons to operate.

Identification:

Guests must carry valid identification documents (such as Aadhar card, passport, etc.) throughout the journey for verification purposes.

Health and Fitness:

Pilgrims should ensure they are physically fit to undertake the yatra as it involves trekking and high altitudes.
It is advisable to consult a physician before embarking on the journey, especially for individuals with pre-existing medical conditions.

Weather Conditions:

Pilgrims are advised to check the weather conditions before the journey and pack appropriate clothing and gear accordingly.

Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, etc., are not included in the package and are to be borne by the guests.

Cancellation by the Guest:

If the guest cancels the booking before the commencement of the journey, the following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 30 days before the journey: The non-refundable deposit will be retained.
Between 15 to 30 days before the journey: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
Less than 15 days before the journey: 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

Cancellation by Kedar Camps and Resorts:

In the unlikely event that Kedar Camps and Resorts cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, etc., guests will be offered an alternative date for the journey or a full refund of the amount paid.
Kedar Camps and Resorts reserves the right to cancel or alter the itinerary due to reasons beyond their control, ensuring the safety and convenience of the guests.

Refund Process:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame after deducting the applicable cancellation charges.
The mode of refund (credit card refund, bank transfer, etc.) will be determined by Kedar Camps and Resorts.

No-show Policy:

In case of no-show or failure to join the journey without prior intimation, no refunds will be provided.

Amendment Policy:

Amendments to the booking (change in dates, number of guests, etc.) may be permitted subject to availability and at the discretion of Kedar Camps and Resorts. Any additional charges arising from amendments will be borne by the guest.

Communication of Cancellation:

Guests are required to communicate any cancellation requests to Kedar Camps and Resorts in writing via email or through the designated communication channels provided at the time of booking.

Force Majeure:

Kedar Camps and Resorts shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by force majeure events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, etc.
