- If the guest cancels the hotel reservation 60 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total booking cost will be charged.
- If the guest cancels the hotel reservation between 59 to 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.
- If the guest cancels the hotel reservation between 29 to 15 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total booking cost will be charged.
- If the guest cancels the hotel reservation 14 days or less prior to the scheduled check-in date, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking cost will be charged.
