Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost per person.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date or in case of no-show will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total package cost per person.
Any changes or cancellations to the package must be communicated in writing and will be subject to availability and discretion of the tour operator.
The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the package due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control, in which case, a full refund will be provided.
In case of cancellation by the tour operator due to weather conditions or any other unavoidable circumstances, a full refund or alternative dates will be offered.
No refunds will be provided for any unused services or portions of the package once the tour has commenced.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of cancellation.
The tour operator shall not be liable for any additional expenses or losses incurred by the traveler due to the cancellation or rescheduling of the package.
