Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days. The refund amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Rooms are allocated based on availability. We reserve the right to change room allocations if necessary, but we will ensure that the replacement is of a similar or higher standard.
Guests are required to use all facilities and amenities responsibly. Any damage caused by guests to property or equipment will be charged to the guest's account.
Pets are not allowed on the premises unless otherwise specified in the booking terms.
All itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Kedar Camps and Resorts will make every effort to provide alternatives or reschedule activities.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests. Kedar Camps and Resorts is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the trip.
Guests are required to disclose any medical conditions or disabilities at the time of booking. Kedar Camps and Resorts will make reasonable accommodations but cannot guarantee the availability of specialized facilities.
Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other guests, staff, and local communities. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in the termination of services without refund.
The consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas. The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Kedar Camps and Resorts will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or theft.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or any third-party as a result of their actions.
