Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to our designated email address or physical address.
If the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the departure date, 50% of the package cost will be refunded.
Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the package cost.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 15 days of the departure date.
In case of no-show or early departure from the tour, no refunds will be provided.
Any cancellation or amendment made to the booking after the tour commencement will be subject to additional charges.
The refund process may take up to 15-20 working days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will be processed using the same method through which the payment was made.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or political unrest, the cancellation policy may be subject to change.
Refunds for any unused portion of the tour package, including accommodation or transportation, will not be provided.
