  • If the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the departure date, 50% of the package cost will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the package cost.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 15 days of the departure date.
  • In case of no-show or early departure from the tour, no refunds will be provided.
  • Any cancellation or amendment made to the booking after the tour commencement will be subject to additional charges.
  • The refund process may take up to 15-20 working days from the date of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same method through which the payment was made.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or political unrest, the cancellation policy may be subject to change.
  • Refunds for any unused portion of the tour package, including accommodation or transportation, will not be provided.
